We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callsy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold Callsy AI and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
By using Callsy AI services, the Merchant (Controller) accepts and enters into the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) incorporated herein by reference. The DPA between Callsy AI (Processor) and the Merchant (Controller) becomes effective automatically at the moment the Merchant starts using the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
